Products ordered in the web shop will normally be sent within 3-5 weekdays after the order has been received. When ordering blinds with trimming, we have a production time of about 3 weeks.

The prices on the web shop are inclusive of VAT and other taxes. The prices are based on today’s price and may therefore vary. This is only apply to EU countries.
Ordered goods are primarily sent with UPS. We strive to deliver to your home address, but we can also chose to deliver to the nearest Access Point if this is close by.
There is a fixed shipment and handling price of 25 Euros / 22 GBP per order to the nearest Access Point.
We can also deliver to your home or office, in which case the price is 35 Euros / 32 GBP for Standard Shipping
The price will be 45 Euro (Standard) or 35 Euro (Access Point) for deliveries to these following countries – Cyprus, Bulgaria, Estonia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Czech Republic. The prices may vary due to currency exchange. Deliveries to islands with no bridge access e.g Jersey, may have a different price, this price will be added after the order has been done. Please contact us for further information.

We make reservations for the following:
- Printing errors
- Price changes
- Out of stock goods
- Third-party delivery failure
- Colours can vary in relation to the colours in the pictures.
Uncollected packages / refusal to pay import fees / delivery not possible
If the package is not picked up, you refuse to pay import fees or delivery is not possible, the shipping cost and fees of returning it to us, will be covered by you. It will be deducted from any refunds. The shipping cost of a second shipment will be charged before shipping.
14 days’ right of cancellation and return of the purchase amount
If you want to return a product, please send us an email. The contact form on the website can also be used. You must contact us within 14 days after receiving the product. After notifying us of the return of the product, you have 14 days to return it. Please include a copy of your order confirmation with the returned product. Be aware that the right of cancellation is void after 14 days from receiving the product. The returned product must be undamaged and must be delivered in the same quantity and condition as it was sent. If this is not the case, the right of cancellation is void. If you cancel your purchase, your money will be returned. The amount will be paid back in the same way that the payment was received. The money will be paid back when the product is returned and following compliance with the rules on the right of cancellation. The customer must pay the shipment costs for returning a product purchased at colorco.dk. In case of returns, send the product to: Color & Co, Datavej 24, 3460 Birkerød, Denmark. All product purchases carried out at colorco.dk can also be cancelled by refusing to accept the product at the address. Packages and letters delivered cash-on-delivery will not be accepted.
Customised products – right of cancellation
For customised products, either through adjustments or for customised production, the normal right of cancellation still applies for 14 days after the order has been submitted. If colorco.dk has started making the product, the right of cancellation is void.
The condition of the product upon return
If the product is used, the buyer is liable for the reduction in the product’s value. You may take the product out of its packaging and look at it, like in a physical store, in order to assess the product’s characteristics and materials. Anything beyond this will be regarded as using the product, which will impact how much of the purchase price we will refund. We may not refund any of the amount if the product has been used.
The rules regarding defects in the Danish Sale of Goods Act can be used.
Right to claim compensation for defective products
If you make a purchase at colorco.dk, you have the right to claim compensation for a defective product within 24 months. This means that, depending on the situation, you can get your money back or have the product replaced. This right must however be legitimate, and defects should not have resulted from damage to the product after purchase. The product must be sent back in suitable packaging.
Our bamboo blinds are made of natural materials. Small imperfections may occur, which is a natural and unavoidable part of a unique and natural product. Therefore, these imperfections cannot be regarded as defects.
In time, our blinds may become discoloured in the sun. To avoid discolouration, we recommend that you avoid hanging the blinds in direct sunlight.
If the blinds are used outdoor any warranty will void.
Right to file a complaint
You can submit a complaint for a product you purchased at Color & Co to the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority’s Center for klageløsning (Centre for Complaint Resolution), Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 3500 Valby. www.forbrug.dk.
You can also submit a complaint to the EU Commission’s online complaint portal. In particular, this is relevant if you are a consumer who resides in a different EU country. Complaints can be submitted here: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
Policy for handling personal data
When carrying out a purchase at colorco.dk, we will ask for your name, address, postcode, town, telephone number and email. The information is necessary for us to send you the order. The information will therefore be registered at colorco.dk and deleted in five years. The collection of personal data will always only take place with your consent. Employees of colorco.dk have access to the information. Collected information via colorco.dk will never be passed on or sold to a third party. You can always refuse to register. The Danish Data Protection Act also grants you the right to know which data is being registered. You are always welcome to contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org concerning your data.
colorco.dk uses logging statistics. This allows us to count the number of visitors and to see their point of origin in Denmark. The purpose is to optimise colorco.dk as best possible, in accordance with our customers’ behaviour.
