Measurement and installation
You can easily install the blinds yourself. However, we recommend that you have two people if you have ordered extra large blinds.

For blinds with cord pull, the finished dimensions of the blinds are stated. Here, you must ensure that there is approximately 2 cm of air between the blinds, as well as 1 cm of air between the edge of the blind and the frame.
For chain pull blinds, the wall measurement is given, i.e. the measurement from edge of frame to edge of frame. If several blinds are to hang side by side, add 0.5 cm to each wall measurement. This means that for a wall measurement of 200 cm and 2 blinds are to hang side by side, each blinds will have to be given a width of 100.5 cm.
Delivery and payment
You can use Dankort or credit card for payment. The amount will be debited from the cardholder’s account at the earliest when the item has been shipped. You can also pay via Mobilepay or Klarna or by bank transfer. 3561202. If you choose this type of payment, you as the buyer are not protected by the objection scheme.

Ordered items are primarily shipped with UPS. The prices varies depending on shipping country. This price is per package. There can be approx. 6 curtains in a package.

Right of return and cancellation of purchase
If you want to return an item, you must send us an email. You can also fill out the contact form on the website. You must contact us within 14 days of receiving the item.
After notification of your return of the item, you then have 14 days to return the item. Please return the returned item with a copy of the order confirmation. Please note that the right of withdrawal expires 14 days after receipt of the item.
The returned item must be undamaged and must be returned in the same quantity and condition as when it was delivered. If this is not the case, the right of withdrawal will lapse.
If you regret your purchase, you will receive a full refund. The amount will be refunded in the same way as when the payment was made. The money will be returned when the item is returned and the rules for the right of withdrawal have been complied with.

Our roller blinds are made from natural materials. Small imperfections may occur, which is a natural and inevitable part of a unique and natural product. Therefore, these imperfections will not be considered as complaints.
Over time, our roller blinds may fade in the sun. To avoid fading, we recommend that you do not hang them in direct sunlight.
General information about our Blinds
However, bamboo can be used outdoors as a material, as long as the roller blinds are hung dry. They can withstand water well. Bamboo is an incredibly strong material, but wind and weather will wear down the cords/threads and locks. It is important that the roller blinds are allowed to dry completely so that mold does not form on the surfaces.
All of our roller blinds will filter out the brightest of the sun’s rays to a greater or lesser extent. However, some sunlight will always penetrate. We recommend that you receive a sample, as it is individual how much light you feel comes through.
All our roller blinds can be installed in damp rooms. However, we do not recommend hanging them in places where they come into direct contact with water, such as in the shower cubicle. It is also important that the blinds are allowed to dry completely to prevent mould from forming on the surfaces. So good ventilation is a must.
All our roller blinds comply to the EU Child Safety Directive EN 13120. The purpose of the standard is to minimise the risk of children being seriously injured by the cord. It is important to follow our instructions for correct and child-safe installation.
All our roller blinds can be vacuum cleaned, we recommend turning down the suction on the vacuum cleaner if possible and using a brush for the vacuum cleaner head. Our bamboo roller blinds can also be wiped with a damp cloth, and our paper and plant materials can be steamed on a low heat.
Blinds with cord pull
Bamboo is a fine and lightweight material, so the diameter of the roll is not very large. On the largest blinds with the thickest fabric, such as Brown bamboo, the roll measures a maximum of 10 cm in diameter at a length of 230 cm. On our smallest blinds with the finest fabric, the diameter of the roll is a maximum of 5 cm, such as Brown Fine Bamboo at a length of 160 cm.

The top of the cord pull roller blind has 2-3 brackets depending on the width of the blind. Two for blinds from 30-120 cm, three for blinds wider than 120 cm (this only applies to bamboo roller blinds) and up to four for extra large blinds up to 240 cm wide. The bracket is available in four colours (brown, grey, black and white).
The cord can be easily replaced. We will send you a new cord free of charge if this happens within the 24-month warranty period. If it happens after this period, you can purchase a new cord.

Yes, the hook and cleat are in a bag, rolled into the blind with instructions for use. Please note that the hooks are standard and might not fit all surfaces. It is always possible to buy other hooks in the local DIY store. Sometimes the bag is at the bottom of the roll. If the bag is missing, please contact us at info@colorco.dk and we will send you a new set.
By default, the cord pull is always on the right side of the blind. The cord pull can be changed to the left side for a fee of EUR 45.
Blinds with a chain pull
Bamboo is a fine and lightweight material, so it is the tube on the blind that determines the diameter of the roller. The size of the tube is chosen based on the size of the blind. On the largest blinds, the roller diameter will be a maximum of 12 cm. On our smallest blindswith the finest fabric, the roll diameter is a maximum of 3 cm. Beslagenes dybde afhænger af gardinets design samt størrelse. Beslagene kan være fra 5 cm op til 9 cm dybe.
